From nine guards in Salt Lake to 26 cities

Rajdeep Security Service is a Kolkata-based security and facility management company protecting people, property and reputation across West Bengal. We combine disciplined manned guarding with modern electronic surveillance, rigorous compliance and a 24x7 control room that never sleeps. Every guard we deploy is police-verified, PSARA-trained and audited on the ground by our own supervisory officers.

2007

Started with nine guards and a single corporate client in Salt Lake, Kolkata.

2012

Received our West Bengal PSARA licence and opened the in-house training academy.

2017

Formalised operating procedures and passed the ISO 9001:2015 audit on first attempt.

2021

Added CCTV, access control and 24x7 remote monitoring from our own control room.

2026

The academy

We do not hire guards and hope. We build them.

Every recruit - service background or not - completes a 21-day residential induction before deployment, then returns quarterly for refreshers and re-certification.

Yes. We are happy to share our PSARA licence certificate, PF and ESIC registration numbers and current monthly challans before you sign anything - just ask.

For standard requirements we deploy within 48 to 72 hours of a signed work order. Emergency deployments can be arranged within 24 hours in cities where we maintain a reliever bench. Every deployment is preceded by a free site risk survey.

Three controls: biometric or app-based attendance monitored live by our control room, a reliever bench maintained at roughly 10% of deployed strength, and area officers who make unannounced night checks. If a guard does not report, our control room dispatches a reliever before the shift starts.

Fully. All statutory dues are deposited monthly and challans are shared with clients on request. This matters to you directly - under the Contract Labour Act, the principal employer carries liability when a contractor defaults.

Yes, we maintain a dedicated bench of trained lady security guards for frisking points, hospitals, schools, retail floors, hostels and event gates. Female supervisors are assigned for teams above six personnel.

Every recruit completes a 21-day PSARA-compliant residential induction at our own academy covering drill, access control, fire fighting, first aid and CPR, unarmed combat, radio procedure, report writing and customer-facing etiquette - followed by quarterly refreshers.

We currently deploy across 26 cities with primary operational hubs in Kolkata, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune. Contact us for coverage confirmation at any specific location.

Monthly invoicing against a per-post rate that includes wages, statutory contributions, uniform, supervision and our service charge - stated transparently line by line. There are no hidden deductions from guard wages, which is precisely what creates attrition elsewhere.
