The content here describes our services and is provided in good faith. Specifications, rates and availability are confirmed only in a written quotation or signed work order — not by anything published on this site.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Deployment begins only after a written work order is signed by both parties and any agreed advance is received.
Reviews you submit
By submitting a review you confirm it reflects your genuine experience with us and that you are willing for your name, designation, company and city to be published alongside it. We may decline to publish a review, or remove one, if we cannot verify it or if it contains abusive or unlawful content. We do not edit the wording of a published review.
Job applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment. We never charge any fee at any stage of recruitment. If anyone asks you for money in our name, please report it to us immediately.
Service delivery
Our obligations, deployment strength, shift pattern, supervision ratio, billing and notice period are set out in the work order for your site. Where anything in that document differs from this website, the work order applies.
Intellectual property
The name, logo, text and images on this site belong to Rajdeep Security Service and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Nothing on this website forms a warranty. Our liability in any engagement is limited to what is stated in the signed work order and to the extent permitted by Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
